Important Notice:
Only US orders are eligible for Purple Irish Vogue return services. We are not accepting returns for orders shipped outside the US at this time.
Orders shipped within the US are eligible only for Western wear.
We do not accept returns for ethnic Indian wear.
Return Policy:
Purple Irish Vogue accepts returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging, including the SKU label.
We do not accept exchanges; only returns are permitted.
Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of the date the tracking shows the order was delivered.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of the return request submission to qualify for a full refund.
For split-package orders, the return window begins from the final delivery date and time.
Orders returned without meeting these criteria are subject to a 40% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
Please allow 3–5 business days from receipt of the returned package for processing.
We will email you once the return has been processed to confirm the status.

Exchange Policy:

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

If you wish to return an exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
Payment:
Any price difference must be paid at the time of creating the exchange request.
Cash on delivery is not available for exchange orders.
Delivery:
Replacement items will be shipped to the same address as the original order.
Product Exchange Details:
Exchanges for the same or different sizes do not include a replacement.
If exchanging for a higher-value item, the difference must be paid.
If exchanging for a lower-value item, the difference will not be refunded as a credit.
Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products.
Self-Shipping & Shipping Costs:
If pickup service is unavailable in your location, you will need to ship the product back at your own cost.
The estimated shipping timeline for returns is 10–15 days, which may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
